Franse leier na Moskou om front teen ISIS te bou

Frankryk het die voortou geneem op die globale politieke toneel met President Francois Hollande se besoek aan Moskou Donderdag.

Sy gesprek met die Russiese president Vladimir Poetin kan lei tot nuwe verwikkelinge in die streek nadat die twee ooreengekom het om terroriste se olie-inkomste te teiken.

Hollande wil konsensus bou teen ISIS in beide Sirië en Irak, na aanleiding van die terreuraanvalle in Parys op 13 November wat 130 mense se dood gekos het en honderde beseer het.

As sodanig, is sy ontmoeting met Poetin Donderdag ‘n belangrike stap in die rigting van ‘n verdraagsame beleid teenoor Rusland.

Wetgewers van Duitsland se regerende partye het die week vergader om te bespreek hoe Berlyn bystand aan Frankryk in die stryd teen die Islamitiese Staat kan verleen.

Dit volg insgelyks na die dodelike terreuraanvalle in Parys.

Hollande, het Woensdag Duitsland se hulp gevra toe kanselier Angela Merkel hom in die Franse hoofstad besoek het. Sy het toe onderneem om “spoedig” op die versoek te reageer.

Lede van die Duitse Bundestag se konserwatiewe blok en diegene van die sentraal-linkse Sosiaal Demokrate is genooi om ‘n vergadering by te woon om die aangeleentheid te bespreek.

Die Franse en Duitse leiers het elk ook ‘n pienk roos by die ander huldeblyke vir die slagoffers van die Parysaanvalle in die Place de la Republique geplaas.

Hollande het ook met die Italiaanse eerste minister, Matteo Renzi, in Parys vergader voordat hy na Moskou gevlieg het.

Sy veldtog word aan bande gelê deur die uitval tussen Rusland en Turkye oor die Russiese vegvliegtuig wat vroeër die week afgeskiet is.

Ontleders meen dat Turkye met Washington se goedkeuring die Russiese tuig afgeskiet het nadat hulle die Russe in ‘n lokval gelei het. CNN het intussen na ISIS-terroriste in hul nuusberigte begin verwys as “amptenare van die Islamitiese Staat”.

Die Turkse president Erdogan en sy gesin baat glo uit die inkomste van gesteelde olie wat hulle by ISIS teen ‘n afslag koop.

Volgens berigte is ‘n Israeliese kolonel Yusi Oulen Shahak glo ontmasker as deel van ISIS.

Frankryk het hom beroep op ‘n resolusie wat bepaal dat lidlande van die Europese Unie (EU) militêre bystand aan Frankryk moet verleen ná die aanvalle in Parys op 13 November toe 130 mense dood is in ‘n golf aanvalle waarvoor ISIS aanspreeklikheid aanvaar het.

Hollande het egter volgehou dat die verkose Siriese president geen rol moet speel in ‘n “oorgang” nie, en dat Rusland as spreekbuis vir Siriese belange moet optree.

Duitsland het vandag ingestem om militêre hulp te verleen aan Frankryk met ondersteuning vir ‘n uitgebreide lugveldtog teen die “moorddadige bende” na die Franse president se besoek.

Deelname sal insluit dat tussen vier en ses Tornado-verkenningsvliegtuie toegerus met spesiale infrarooikameras wat vyandige posisies sal kan opspoor, gestuur word sowel as ‘n fregat om die Charles de Gaulle, die Franse vliegdekskip in die Middellandse See, te beskerm.

Duitsland sal ook hervullingsvliegtuie vir Franse tuie beskikmaar maak, het Henning Otte, verdedigingswoordvoerder vir die Duitse kanselier Angela Merkel se Christen-Demokratiese Unie, aan joernaliste gesê.

Rusland het met die ontmoeting die Turks-Amerikaanse plan om ‘n vliegspergebied oor Sirië aan te kondig, gekelder.

          I don’t mind being corrected, but I can’t recall ISIL – which threatens just about anyone on a regular basis – ever being belligerent towards Israel. Israel is also incredibly nonchalant about the movement. Maybe there lies the answer to peace with Palestine.

    100% will usher in the peace of “Dar-es-Salaam” — the Islamic House of Peace.. Here there”s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the
    only word, such as in:

    Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
    Somalia — Muslim 100%
    Yemen — Muslim 100%

    Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims
    intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

In such situations, Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. The children attend madrasses. They learn only the Koran. To
    even associate with an infidel is a crime punishable with death. Therefore, in some areas of certain nations, Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national average would indicate.

    Today”s 1.5 billion Muslims make up 22% of the world”s population. But their birth rates dwarf the birth
    rates of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers. Muslims
    will exceed 50% of the world”s population by the end of this
    century.
