Met nog ‘n bloedbad in die strate van Kaïro, het Egipte se regerende generaals bo enige twyfel gewys en blykbaar min belang daarin het om nie ‘n junta te lei nie. Nieteenstaande toon hulle egter min aanleg daarvoor.
Die politieke rigting waarin genl Abdul Fattah-el-Sisi, – Egipte se de facto-leier – tans met die wrede onderdrukking van die Moslembroederskap die land stuur, is die ergste van alle moontlike uitkomste vir die VSA en die EU: ‘n Moordende burgeroorlog.
Dié twee stemme, die VSA en EU, het voortdurend die indruk probeer skep dat hulle in beheer van alle “demokratiese” prosesse oral ter wêreld is en sulke prosesse aktief bevorder as hulle nie invalle in die naam daarvan loods nie.

Miljoene Egiptenare het blykbaar self reeds besluit dat dit makliker is om af te breek as om op te bou.
Dit is natuurlik ‘n tragedie vir die gewone man op straat, wat tot onlangs geglo het dat dekades van onderdrukking en diktatuur op ‘n einde is en dat ‘n nuwe toekoms aangebreek het. Hulle is dan deur die bleekvelle die versekering gegee dat dit net beter kan gaan, met die “Lente” se aanbreek.

Byna 600 inwoners is sedert Woensdag gedood toe militêre en polisie-eenhede met helikopters, skerpskutters, stootskrapers en traangas in Kaïro op hulle toegesak het, en ‘n landwye noodtoestand is afgekondig terwyl die “tussentydse regering” 25 nuwe provinsiale goewerneurs benoem het, 19 van hulle generaals.
Niemand kan meer twyfel dat ‘n junta Egipte regeer nie, een wat met die hulp van die VSA toegerus is.
Die VSA regering is n beleidsramp wat afstuur op n derde wereld oorlog, dit alles vir hebsug en minerale, gas, olie, goud, ens…. Sirie….Iran….Belarus….. Rusland…..
