Verkeer in die omgewing van die N3 wat ook die R24 na Jan Smuts-lughawe insluit, het heeltemal tot stilstand gekom.<\/p>\n<p>Gisteraand laat om halftwaalf was verkeerspolisie en nooddienste steeds besig om gestrande motors en vragmotors van die snelweg te verwyder.
