Dit in &#8216;n poging om 30 persent landbougrond teen 2014 in besit van swart boere te bring. Landbou Minister <strong>LULU<\/strong> <strong>XINGWANA<\/strong> s&ecirc; swart boere besit tans 4.7 persent landbou grond. Sy s&ecirc; die regering sal sy teiken bereik as die 5-miljoen hektaar aangekoop is. Die grond sal aan sowat 10 000 swart boere beskikbaar gestel word. <strong>XINGWANA<\/strong> s&ecirc; die gewillige-koper, gewillige verkoper beginsel werk nie.
