Dit is <strong>PIKOLI<\/strong> se reaksie op &#8216;n regerings voorlegging wat in Januarie aan die kommissie voorgel&ecirc; is. Kommissiesegsman <strong>LAWSON<\/strong> <strong>NAIDOO<\/strong> s&ecirc; <strong>PIKOLI<\/strong> se voorlegging sal bestudeer word en daarna aan die regering beskikbaar gestel word. Die regering het tot 25 Februarie tyd om op die voorlegging te reageer. <strong>NAIDOO<\/strong> s&ecirc; <strong>GINWALA<\/strong> sal na ontvangs van al die voorleggings besluit of &#8216;n verhoor gehou moet word. Sy sal ook uitsluitsel gee of die verhoor in die openbaar of privaat gehou gaan word.
